UPDATE - BGG 2009 Tickets brought for GAMA field PDF Print E-mail
Written by gama crew
Thursday, 21 January 2010 15:23

This offer is available until the end of March 2010

  1. GAMA has arranged with Sunrise Celebration that tickets bought for the BGG 2009 GAMA field can be used for coming to the Sunrise Celebration 2010. This is only for tickets bought for the GAMA field, and is NOT a general invitation. For further details of the Sunrise Celebration please see their own website www.sunrisecelebration.com
  2. You may have already recieved a letter from GAMA explaining the options and telling you how to register for Sunrise if that is what you wish to do.
    a. As you are aware, the Big Green Gathering did not take place in 2009. GAMA is a separate organisation from The BGG, and thus we cannot make any comments about the situation the BGG finds itself in. However, as we understand it, the following options are available to those who bought tickets for the GAMA field:
    b. We understand that there may be a BGG 2010, that the BGG organisers are trying to arrange. We do not have any details or dates of this event, but one of the options would be to hang on to your tickets and we understand that tickets from BGG 2009 will be acceptable for this event.
    c. Via the BGG website there have been ways of registering if you would like a refund on your tickets. GAMA has no say on this, and we cannot comment on the likelihood of this happening, or not.
  3. If you have not had a letter from us, and wish to “transfer your GAMA tickets” to Sunrise Celebration 2010, then please email us with your basic information and postal address, and we can send you details of what to do.
  4. If you have recieved a letter from us, and have already replied to it, or are going to reply to it, then you do not need to do anything extra.
  5. Finally, for those of you that have camped in a GAMA field before, we would like and ideas and suggestions from you about how we can improved what we are doing, and are there any other festivals that you would like to start seeing a GAMA field at?

Any suggestions for improvements would be gratefully received. For more general discussions, comments, and up to date information, you can also find us on our website, www.gama-uk.com.

Thank you for taking the time to read through this, we hope it has been helpful.
